The objective lens—the largest and most important lens in the optical system—features ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass, which delivers outstanding optical performance. By minimizing chromatic aberration, it provides a sharp, crisp, and exceptionally clear view.

Three Advanced Lens Coatings for Clear, High-Resolution Views
To minimize light reflection and scattering, all surfaces of the objective and eyepiece lenses are fully multi-coated with anti-reflection coatings.
The prisms are treated with two specialized coatings—a phase-correction coating and a high-reflectivity coating—to minimize light scattering and maximize light transmission. Working together, these three advanced coatings effectively suppress internal reflections and stray light throughout the optical system, delivering an exceptionally clear, high-resolution field of view. -
