ED objective lens for sharp images with no false color.
The ED (Extra_low Dispersion) glass is used for the objective lens to create an exceptional optical performance. It achieves sharp images free from chromatic aberrations throughout the edge of the field of view.

Three types of optical coatings deliver images clearly and sharply.
Vixen's finest "flat multi_anti_reflection" coatings are provided for all of the lens surfaces. The prisms are phase_coated to prevent halation and increase resolution dramatically. Besides, high reflectivity dielectric coatings enhance the brightness of images. These precision coatings eliminate stray light and loss of light, and clear and sharp images are fruited as a result.

Oil_repellent coating on the outer lens surfaces.
This coating works to protect the outer lens surfaces from dirt as it weakens the adherence of the dirt. As the dirt and fingerprints are easily removable, you can always keep the outer lens surfaces clean for a clear view.

Waterproof construction.
