  • Maximizing potentiality of the POLARIE star tracker

    It is a powerful kit consisting of the POLARIE multi mounting block, dovetail slide bar DD, POLARIE polar scope PFL and POLARIE fine adjustment unit. Loading capacity of the POLARIE star tracker can be maximized using the POLARIE multi mounting block and dovetail slide bar DD. Further, the supplied POLARIE polar scope PFL and POLARIE fine adjustment unit ensures a precision polar alignment for tracking photography with telephoto lens.

  • Greatly increasing loading capacity of the POLARIE star tracker

    The POLARIE multi mounting block and the dovetail slide bar DD are accessories designed to make the POLARIE star tracker dynamically advantageous structure through integration. Max. 6.5kg of camera equipment will be loadable through a proper weight balance using such as an optional counterweight.

  • Precision polar alignment for telephotography

    The POLARIE polar scope PF-L is a telescope for polar alignment which incorporates special scale to indicate the position of the Polaris. By simply locating three positioning stars in the designated positions of the scale, an accurate alignment will be made, which is required for a tracking photography with telephoto lens. What is polar alignment?Stars are moving around the celestial pole (near the Polaris) which is called diurnal motion. From this reason, the rotating axis of the POLARIE star tracker is to be set up in a direction of celestial pole. The higher the installation accuray is, the more precise tracking particularly with lenses of long focal length such as telephoto lens.

  • Deep-sky photography with POLARIE star tracker

    Using the POLARIE step-up kit, dynamic starscape photography using telephoto lens is realized.
