A highly portable alt-azimuth mount head for use with a camera tripod.

This is the mount head of a popular Mobile PORTA Alt-azimuth Mount, renowned for its lightweight, compact, and user-friendly design. To replace the originally equipped tripod with a commercially available tripod, it is equipped with a general tripod adapter usable for most camera tripods.

Vixen Telescope MOBILE PORTA Alt-azimuth Mount Description

  • Equipped with a Screw Thread for Camera Tripods

    By mounting this mount head on a commercially available camera tripod, you can easily use it for astronomical observation.
    A tripod is not included with this product. Please prepare a compatible camera tripod separately.

    *The functions of this product are identical to those of the Mobile PORTA Alt-azimuth Mount with Tripod.
    *Compatible camera tripods are limited to those equipped with a 1/4-inch or 3/8-inch mounting screw.
    *This product cannot be directly attached to tripods designed for Vixen astronomical telescopes.
