Compact and easy-to-use high performance astronomical telescope

Recommended for the observation of the nebula cluster with wide and bright field of view. Compact but equipped with dia. 95 mm aperture catadioptric optical tube. Excellent light gathering power outperforms when capturing faint objects such as nebulae and star clusters. Moreover, observation at bigger magnification is possible by attaching the supplied "2x barlow lens 31.7 T" to the eyepiece section.

  • Slow motion knob

    Fine motion is operated by two slow motion knobs. The whole circle fine movement without limitation on the fine motion range ensures very smooth telescope handling.

  • Dovetail system

    The employed dovetail system permits change of optical tube at ease. It accepts an optical tube up to 3.5kg and O.D. 119mm.

  • Accessory tray

    Supplied accessory tray is useful to store small accessories such as eyepiece and camera, particularly during observation in nighttime when accessories get lost easy.

  • Tools are stored

    Tools to adjust position of the fine motion knobs or stiffness of the friction-stop system is stored within the body.

  • Finder scope

    All optical tube units with the Mini PORTA are supplied with a finer scope which greatly assists in finding searching objects. * Type of the finder scope is different from models.

  • Friction-stop type

    The optical tube unit can be moved freely by hand, and friction-stop type which is fixed in that position when you release the hands. Comfortable operation with no stress is realized, which can point the optical tube unit to the star you want to watch.
