The AP Photo Guider, which is appreciated as a handy platform for shooting celestial objects, has upgraded for telephoto setup with the addition of the dovetail slide bar DD, quick release clamp set, supplementary counterweight bar, and counterweight 1.9kg.
With its excellent tracking accuracy, the AP Photo Guider allows you to take photos of stars without guiding corrections for the length of several minutes of exposures.
The polar alignment scope PF-LII is provided as a standard accessory. You can align the AP Photo Guider within an accuracy of 3 arc minutes. The scope's red illuminated reticle becomes gradually dimmer after a certain interval of time and turns off automatically.
You are ready to start shooting immediately after attaching a commercially available ball head to the supplied dovetail slide bar DD and mounting your camera on it. If you have a heavy camera for shooting, the provided supplementary counterweight bar and counterweight 1 kg will enable you to balance the AP Photo Guider appropriately.
The kit comes equipped with the dovetail slide bar DD and quick release clamp set. This allows you to keep the balance of the AP Photo Guider at the center of gravity without worrying about the stability. It is perfect even if you mount a large class of telephoto lenses such as 70-200m F2.8 on it.
