Equatorial Mounts

Equatorial mounts are a type of telescope mount that supports the optical tube. It has two rotational axes: one, called the right ascension (RA) axis, is aligned parallel to the Earth's rotational axis and allows the telescope to track the motion of the stars, while the other, called the declination (Dec) axis, is perpendicular to the RA axis. This design allows you to follow celestial objects easily as they move across the sky, making an equatorial mount ideal for extended observing sessions and astrophotography.
